Can you give me a general overview of how the site works?

Our school is entirely online. We are not a physical brick-and-mortar school.

You can watch our courses in a few ways.

We offer a couple different subscription levels for students who want access to our On-Demand Course library, with over 800 hours of content. The subscriptions are our most budget-friendly option and are a fraction of the cost of a traditional Art or Makeup School.

Both subscription tiers allow you to watch any course in our Course Library as well as gain access to our members-only Learning Pathways. You can browse our entire On-Demand Course Library here:

If you select the Monthly subscription ($59.99/month), you can watch an unlimited number of courses per month, an unlimited number of times. Plus, a 30% discount on any Live Course seats that you purchase.

If you purchase the Yearly subscription ($399.99/year), you get unlimited access to the entire course library at $320 less than what you would pay for a year of the Monthly subscription. You also get a 30% discount on any DVDs or streams you purchase, and you can reserve a free online seat to watch our Live Courses.

We tried to create two options that twould work for different people depending on their budgets and how much time they had to commit to the courses. Some students like being able to sign up on a month-to-month basis, while others appreciate the deep discount that comes with signing up for a full year.

Or if you prefer, you can purchase streams or DVDs of individual lessons.

Our course content is the same, no matter what option you choose, whether subscribing to our On-Demand library or buying a stream or DVD. The biggest difference between subscribing and purchasing courses is that when you cancel your subscription, you lose access to the course content, but if you buy streams or DVDs, they are yours to own forever and watch whenever you want. The benefit of a subscription is that it grants you access to our entire course library and our members-only Learning Pathways.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our course streams are NOT DOWNLOADABLE so you need an internet connection to view them, which is why some students prefer buying DVDs for offline viewing.

Finally, we offer Live Courses where students can attend a course Live Online and type in questions to the instructor. You'll find any upcoming Live Courses at the top of the Courses page. A few months after Live Courses end, we add them to our On-Demand Course library. So even if you miss a Live Course, you can watch it as part of your subscription later.

If you do purchase a Live Course, it's yours to own forever. When we add it to our On-Demand Course library, you will automatically own the stream.
