We do our best to process and ship your order within 30 business days. Delivery times, however, vary greatly depending upon the location.
We cannot be held responsible for any fees your country may impose for DVD imports, including taxes, tariffs or customs fees.
Please also note that items delayed or lost due to international customs practices will be beyond the scope of our responsibility.
To track your delivery all the way to your doorstep, please select the shipping option with tracking.
If you do not select a shipping option that includes tracking with your order, you will not be able to track your order or its delivery status.
Should your international order be returned to us, we will require that you pay to reship the order. Your country’s postal service delays are likewise beyond the scope of our responsibility.
